Fourth Grade Homework 3.9-3.19.2015

Students will be taking the PARCC assessment for Math on Tuesday and Wednesday and Part 1 of ELA on Thursday of this week. Because of this, I have shortened the assignments for homework this week.

Path 1- Complete Written Homework Wed, Fri, 30 minutes of IXL(based on your goal from data meeting), and 40 minutes of Compass (based on your goal from data meeting).

TECHNOLOGY    ** All tech. components should be completed by Saturday, March 14th at 5:00p.m. 

Path 2**- All work online. All homework will be audited after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14th. .

1) 35 minutes on IXL- Focus Skills from data meeting. (When we meet for data meetings again, the expectation will be that your specified skills will be in the process of being completed. You should be able to show me what has been completed since our meeting.)

2) 35 minutes on COMPASS- Focus Skills from data meeting.

3)20 minutes in Khan. Working in 4th Grade as well as Mastering at least 1 recommended skill. I should be able to look and see that you are practicing many skills, but at least one should be mastered each week.

My name is Kaitlyn Doherty & I am excited to have joined the Kipling Tigers Team for the 2018-2019 school year! This school year begins my 6th year teaching in CPS, and my 4th year teaching Diverse Learners. In working closely with your middle schooler, I will assist him/her in accelerating their academic career, and instilling life-long learning skills along the way. I will assist your child in an Inclusion setting (within general education classrooms) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:45am-2:45pm and Fridays, 7:45am-11:20am.
