Vocabulary    -           density                        mixture            solution           solute               solubility         physical change chemical change

You will have a Science test next Monday, October 27th. The test will include the vocabulary above, any information we have covered in class, and the packet you have for homework this week.  Although you are not asked to complete the packet questions, they will be VERY HELPFUL in studying for the test.  (I know they were helpful when I was MAKING THE TEST!

**PARENTS- We have read the chapter and spent a lot of time talking, demonstrating, and experimenting with the concepts of matter, density, solubility, and physical vs. chemical change. The packet for homework is review.  If your child has been paying attention in class and reads and understands the homework packet they will be fully prepared for the test.  Students have been told that although the homework isn’t “checked” daily, that it will be obvious by their test score whether they did it or not.
