Good Morning Room 108 - Complete your quarter sheet and place on top of your hard drive.

Technology Skills- Continue to locate, open, save and print files independently. Use resources in a manner that is safe, mindful of acceptable student conduct and respectful of the privacy of others.

Essential Questions:

3rd- Review: Why is it a good idea to name all untitled documents in Google docs? How can you check for spelling and grammar errors? Why should you proofread your work twice?

4th –Review: How can you share a document with a classmate? How can you determine if a website has beneficial information? How can you safely use resources as you use technology?

Rubric A-

You will read the links below take notes for each link in a Google Document titled, NPFSM  notes & your room number- Example: NPFSM Notes Rm 108. Place all identifiable information in the top left hand corner single spaced vertically: name, room number, date, and grade. Place the title in the center, bold, color blue, Arial text, and text size 18. You will then press enter twice, align left, and begin to take your notes single spaced. Your notes will be in black, font size 12, text Comic Sans MS or Times New Roman.

You will name the link using a Roman numeral, followed by bullets for the notes; make certain you have a minimum of 10 notes for each link.

  1. Open and read the directions for “May National PFS Month” for the date 5-10-16 & 5-24-16.

  2. You will open your Google document titled, NPFSM Notes Rm 108.

  3. You will read the links 4 and 5 as you add the Roman numeral along with your bulleted notes 10 or more. Remember you read the information at the link as you type notes in your own words that provide key details about the link.

  4. You will place this information correctly on your document. Please take the time to read the instructions carefully for this week and last week.

  5. You will correct all errors and make any needed improvements.

  6. You will share with 2 classmates allowing them to make comments. Those same 2 classmates will share their document with you allowing comments.

  7. Remember as you peer edit you want to assist your classmate. You will reread all the information to ensure they have followed all directions. You will make positive comments as you share things they have done correctly. You will also share comments that allow them to understand how to improve their assignment.

    8. Decide the way in which you want to share all your knowledge           use these notes to show your knowledge about this topic in the         form of a poster or a 20 frame comic strip with images. You will         have today to complete all notes for all 5 links.
