Kipling Elementary School is a Chicago Public School educating students from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Week of 10-3-16 Homework

 

10-5-16 6th Grade Room 118 Homework - You will finish reading "Magnetic Field's" pages 200-205. You will answer all questions in the reading right in your text book. You will ready to provide evidence for the answers you have selected. This is due Thursday 10-6-16.

 

 

Each night students should pose trivia questions to family to engage them in conversations. This allows you the student to share your knowledge as the aspiring "Science Expert". Remember we learn best when we can discuss with others our discoveries. Students should nightly review notes, review any videos, or ppt (power points that have been discussed in class). 

 

6th Grade-Nightly homework discuss your understandings with your family. Pose trivia questions to your family to engage them in discussions about “Magnetism and Electromagnetism”.

Room 123 6th Grade Homework- Read pages 207-211 take notes in  your science notebook titled, “Electromagnetic Force”.

Room 118 6th Grade Homework - Read pages 200-211 underline key details as you place notes in the margin titled, "Electromagnetic Force". 

 

7th Grade DNA - In  your small groups view the video, ask questions, engage in discussions, and complete your explanation of DNA.
